JOVANI Sponsorship for 2022 State Titleholders

JOVANI Fashion Ltd (“JOVANI”) is beyond excited to be the Official Fashion Sponsor for the Miss USA Organization. The Miss USA Organization is equally excited!! JOVANI cannot wait to grow together in this new world of Pageantry Reimagined. While JOVANI is active on a national level, they also want the state directors to know that they are also here to support each state program. From opening number dresses to sponsored gifts for all contestants, JOVANI wants to lend their support to your exceptional programs.

To kick off the Miss USA Organization/JOVANI partnership as the Official Fashion Sponsor, JOVANI will be giving each state “Miss” and “Teen” winner the option of choosing one of the following on behalf of the JOVANI Family.

$2,500 towards their official Miss USA/Miss Teen USA Evening Gown. JOVANI will gift each contestant a credit of $2,500 towards the retail price of their official evening gown if purchased through an authorized JOVANI retailer. Please note that if they choose this option, they must wear the gown as their official gown during the Preliminary Night and Final Night Evening Gown competitions at the Miss USA or Miss Teen USA 2022 National pageant. If they choose this option, and the Titleholder does not wear the gown during the Preliminary Night and Final Night Evening Gown competitions, she is responsible for reimbursing the $2,500 amount.

or

$1,000 towards a JOVANI wardrobe. Titleholders may use this credit through an authorized JOVANI retailer for any of their wardrobe needs. From Interview competition  to appearances, JOVANI has you covered.

or

$1,000 Scholarship to continue their education or as payment for an existing student loan from an accredited program.

Additional Questions and Answers Relating to the JOVANI Sponsorship:

Question #1: For the $2,500 Evening Gown credit option, will the State Titleholders be required to sign an agreement?

Answer #1: Yes, all 102 of our Miss USA and Miss Teen USA 2022 State Titleholders must sign the “JOVANI Fashion Ltd. – Evening Gown Sponsorship Agreement,” even if they ultimately decide not to use the credit. This agreement states that they understand that if they use the credit but do not wear the Evening Gown on stage during the Preliminary Night and Final Night Evening Gown competitions at the Miss USA or Miss Teen USA 2022 National pageant, they are responsible for repaying the $2,500. In addition, all 102 of our 2022 State Titleholders will sign an Addendum to their National Contestant Contracts that if they select the $2,500 Evening Gown credit option and they use the $2,500 Evening Gown credit, they must wear gown the during both the Preliminary Night and Final Night Evening Gown competitions, otherwise may be disqualified from the results of the competition and is responsible for reimbursing the $2,500 amount.

Question #2: Can the $2,500 Evening Gown credit be applied toward purchasing an “off-the-rack” evening gown?

Answer #2: Yes. The Titleholder can use the $2,500 Evening Gown credit toward a custom JOVANI evening gown or an “off-the-rack” JOVANI evening gown.

Question #3: Is the $2,500 Evening Gown credit applied to the retail value of the gown?

Answer #3: Yes. The $2,500 Evening Gown credit applies toward the retail value of the gown.

Question #4: Can the Titleholder order or purchase the gown through a store that carries JOVANI, and JOVANI would make payment arrangements with the store?

Answer #4: Yes, that is the process. To utilize either the $2,500 JOVANI Evening Gown credit or the $1,000 JOVANI wardrobe credit, the purchase must be made through an authorized JOVANI retailer. JOVANI notified all Authorized retailers of this fantastic partnership and sponsorship.

Question #5: What are the limitations of using the $1,000 JOVANI wardrobe credit?

Answer #5: The Titleholder can use the $1,000 wardrobe credit toward any JOVANI wardrobe item purchased through an authorized JOVANI retailer, even a gown (but the $1,000 JOVANI wardrobe credit cannot be combined with the $2,500 credit since it is either/or).

Question #6: If the Titleholder is not enrolled in an accredited college or university or does not have an existing student loan from an accredited program, is she eligible to select the $1,000 scholarship option?

Answer #6: Unfortunately, No. She must either be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or have an existing outstanding student loan from an accredited program to be eligible to select the $1,000 scholarship option. In that case, her options are either the $2,500 JOVANI Evening Gown credit or the $1,000 JOVANI wardrobe credit.

Question #7: What is the deadline to select a JOVANI sponsorship option?

Answer #7: The deadline to select the JOVANI sponsorship option is September 1, 2022. Remember, if you elect to use the $2,500 JOVANI Evening Gown credit or the $1,000 JOVANI wardrobe credit and you wait until September 1, 2022 to make that selection, you may need to purchase an “off-the-rack” gown (to use the Evening Gown credit) or wardrobe items because of the time required to design, create, and alter (if necessary) the gown.

Question #8: How can I find a JOVANI Authorized retailer?

Answer #8: You can contact Felicia Garay Stanton at felicia@jovani.com or click on the link below for assistance: https://www.jovani.com/prom-dresses-near-me
